It is that time of year. Time for family, fun and love! Too often we get caught up in the act of Christmas that we forget the “why” for Christmas.
What are you choosing to celebrate today? You don’t need an event or a special time of year to celebrate. It’s easy to wait for someone or something to tell you what to value, but it takes strength and humility to celebrate during times that seem less than joyous.

It is that time of year! Whether you say Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Kwanza, or just simply Happy Holidays, the holiday season is upon us. I find this time of year, I flux between anxious and excited almost every second. So how do you find time to just breathe?
